What file types are supported?
PDFs, ZIPs, audio, video, images, documents, templates, archives, software files, and other digital assets that need secure Shopify delivery.
Is there a file size limit?
The Free plan supports files up to 5 GB through Shopify Files. Paid plans route files over 5 GB through Cloudflare R2 multipart upload, so large bundles and media libraries can keep moving.
How does AI matching work?
AI Smart Scan reads filenames, embedded text, image dimensions, audio or video duration, archive contents, and image labels to suggest the best Shopify product match. You review the suggestions before confirming.
What happens when I hit my storage cap?
Uploads pause and you get a clear upgrade prompt. You can free up storage or move to a larger plan, and there are no surprise overage charges.
How are downloads delivered to customers?
Customers receive a branded email plus a download block on the Shopify thank-you page. Multi-file orders can also offer a single "Download all files" ZIP option.
Can I revoke or resend a download?
Yes. From the Orders screen you can resend links, set expiry and max download limits, revoke access, and restore access for a customer later.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever with no credit card required. Paid plans include a 7-day trial before billing begins through Shopify.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can change or cancel plans from the plan page, and billing is handled through Shopify Billing.
