How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to every email within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Complex issues may take a little longer, but you'll always hear back.
What information should I include in my email?
Your Shopify shop domain (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com), the order or product the issue relates to (if applicable), and a short description of what you expected vs. what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Can I request that you delete my data?
Yes. Email contact@regelant.com from the address associated with your account, or simply uninstall the app — Shopify's uninstall webhook automatically triggers data deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Are you affiliated with Shopify?
No. Regelant is an independent software company that builds apps for the Shopify App Store. Bulk Digital Downloads is one of those apps.
